Removing all the seats was a challenge, I found it easiest to get someone to assist as I removed the bolts from above they held the nuts in place from below.

After removing all the seat hardware I was able to completely remove all the seats and clean everything up, yay! Now it's ready to start demo of the ceiling and walls.
